Shravan is the month dedicated to Lord Shiva, and in Ujjain it is the biggest occasion of the year. More devotees have Rudrabhishek and Jalabhishek performed at Mahakaleshwar during this month than at any other time. Dates follow the published panchang and press reports of the Ujjain sawari schedule. Please confirm against the temple’s official announcement before planning travel.
